Class Name : Aquatic Exercise for People Living with Parkinson's Disease

Join us for a complete workout in the water designed for people with Parkinson's disease. This class is taught by physical therapists and will include strength training, aerobic exercise, balance, stretching and functional mobility training in a warm water pool heated to 88 degrees. Please bring a caregiver with you if you need assistance changing or to participate safely in the pool.

In order to keep participants healthy and safe, we ask that you obtain a medical clearance from your doctor after any hospitalizations before returning to PEP exercise classes.

NO CLASS:  7/1, 11/27

A 20% discount will be given if you join two exercise classes in the same week and a 30% discount if you join three exercise classes in the same week, please call for discount.
