Class Name : Introduction to Exercise for People Living with Parkinson's Disease

Did you know that participation in an on-going exercise program may slow the progression of Parkinson's Disease? This class will include education, stretching, aerobic exercise, strength training, balance and functional mobility training designed specifically for people living with Parkinson's Disease. Participants must be able to walk 100 feet independently without an assistive device. Caregivers are required to participate for any individual requiring assistance for standing balance activities. Participants must complete this class prior to enrolling in the Exercise for People Living with Parkinson's Disease II or III. Registration required.

In order to keep participants healthy and safe, we ask that you obtain a medical clearance from your doctor after any hospitalizations before returning to PEP exercise classes.

A 20% discount will be given if you join two exercise classes in the same week and a 30% discount if you join three exercise classes in the same week, please call for discount.
